HTET Exam

HTET Exam 2023-2024 is a Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test which is a state level exam which is conducted by state government of Haryana. HTET entrance exam is conducted to fill vacancies of teacher in the state of Haryana. Haryana government conducts this exam every year for the recruitment of teacher. The candidates who want to become teacher in Haryana state government and make their career in teaching field can easily apply for HTET exam. This is one of the famous examinations in Haryana. Board of school education Haryana is the conducting body of HTET exam. This notification is for candidates who want to make their career in the field of teaching job from class 1 to 12.

HTET Exam overview:

HTET Exam is conducted by Haryana board of school education. Conducting body conducts exam for the post for Teacher of primary and upper primary level. This exam is known as HTET 2024 for this particular year. The full form of HTET Exam is Haryana teacher eligibility test. HTET Exam is conducted through online mode only. HTET exam is categorized into three categories which are Level-1 exam for PRT, Level-2 Exam for TGT and Level-3 exam for PGT. Successful candidates will be appointed in Haryana State only.

HTET Exam 2023 - 2024 Notification

HTET Exam 2023-2024 notification will be released in November 2023 with application form release date and last date for submit application, payment option, payment details, HTET Exam Date, Answer key release date, HTET Result, etc.

Below is the expected date of notification, registration date, Exam Date, etc.

• Notification release date is November 2023( Third week of November)

• HTET 2023-2024 application form release date( 3rd week of November)

• Last date to submit the complete application(End of November 2023)

• Last date for fee payment(December 2023)

• Admit card release date(End of December 2023)

• HTET Exam Date 2024(January 2024)

• Answer Key release date(January 2024)

• HTET Result(March 2024)

HTET 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicant applying for HTET Exam 2024 should be minimum age of 18 years and maximum age is 38 years

• Candidate is applying for the PRT Post must have qualified D.Ed Exam or JBT Exam

• The candidate is applying for the TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) must have completed their graduation in any stream from the recognized University and B.Ed in relevant subjects

• The candidate is applying for the post of PGT should have done their post-graduation from the recognized University and B.Ed in the relevant subjects.

HTET Exam Pattern, Syllabus, and Exam Date:

This Exam is conducted for three levels of teacher which are Level-1 for Primary(PRT) Teacher, Level-2 for TGT(Trained Graduate Teacher), and Level-3 for PGT(Post Graduate teacher).

HTET 2023-2010 Exam Pattern and syllabus for Level-1(PRT)

• Only one paper will be conducted for Level-1

• Examination pattern will be online mode only

• Time duration for this exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes

• One mark will be given for every right answer, It is advised you to attempt all the question. Negative marking will not be present in this exam

• The syllabus for this exam for class 1-5 is:

• Pedagogy and child development-30 MCQ-30 Marks

• Language-(Hindi-30 question, English-30 question) for 30 Marks

• General Studies(Quantitative apptitue-10 MCQ, Reasoning ability-10 MCQ, Haryana Current affairs and Gk-10 MCQ)30 Marks

• Subject opted-60 MCQ-60 Marks

• Total Marks-150

• Only one paper will be conducted for Level-2

• Examination pattern will be online mode only

• Time duration for this exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes

• One mark will be given for every right answer, It is advised you to attempt all the question. Negative marking will not be present in this exam

• The questions will be based on the syllabus of topic of School of board of Education Haryana for class 6 to class 8

• Pedagogy and child development-30 MCQ-30 Marks

• Language-(Hindi-30 question, English-30 question) for 30 Marks

• General Studies(Quantitative apptitue-10 MCQ, Reasoning ability-10 MCQ, Haryana Current affairs and Gk-10 MCQ)30 Marks

• Subject specified-60 MCQ-60 Marks.

• Only one paper will be conducted for Level-3

• Examination pattern will be online mode only and it will be objective type only

• Time duration for this exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes

• One mark will be given for every right answer, It is advised you to attempt all the question. Negative marking will not be present in this exam.

• Subject specified-60 MCQ-60 Marks

• The questions will be based on the syllabus of topic of School of board of Education Haryana for class 9 to class 12

• Pedagogy and child development-30 MCQ-30 Marks

• Language-(Hindi-30 question, English-30 question) for 30 Marks

• General Studies(Quantitative apptitue-10 MCQ, Reasoning ability-10 MCQ, Haryana Current affairs and Gk-10 MCQ)30 Marks

HTET 2023-2024 Registration and application:

The candidates who are interesting to make career in the teaching field for the state of Haryana has to apply for it by filling the application form. There is some guideline which we have discussed below during filling the application form.

• First open the of School of board of Education website

• Click on the notification and read it carefully

• Fill the application form with all the necessary and verified details

• Upload your scanned photograph and necessary documents.

Note: Your scanned photograph and signature should be defined dimension

• Pay the application fee, application fee you can pay online mode via credit card, debit card, netbanking etc.

• Fee for unreserved category is Rs 600

• Fee for Reserved category is Rs 300

• Fee for other applicants of other states is Rs 600

• Submit your application

• Take the printout of your application form for future use. No need to send the hard copy of your application form.

HTET 2023-2024 Exam Date:

The tentative date of HTET 2023-2024 Exam is in January 2024. It could be conducted in any of the week of January.

HTET 2023-2024 Admit Card:

• Admit card will not be sent to applicant address through any kind of post. Candidate has to visit the official website to download the admit card

• Admit card will be released before few days of examination

• Admit card will be downloaded using using application number and date of birth as password

• Candidate without original admit card is not allowed in the examination hall, so it is advised you to come examination center along with your original admit card

• You need to carry original ID along with you in appearing in the HTET Exam

• Candidate must reach on time at the examination center. Late coming candidates are not allowed in the examination center.

HTET 2023-2024 Answer Key:

Exam conducting authority will release the answer key of this exam also. The answer key will be available at the official website after few days of examination. Candidate can download the answer key to match answer. By using answer keys, candidate can match their answer and analyze their performance in the examination.

HTET 2023-2024 Result

• HTET will declare the result on official website after one month of exam

• Visit the official website to see the result

• You need to enter your registration ID and passwords

• Click on ok button
